Visiting a new church can feel intimidating, and we want you to know you’ll be welcomed with open arms from the moment you arrive. Our hope is to make your first experience at Bayou Meto feel comfortable, encouraging, and genuinely meaningful.
- What is it like?
We are a welcoming, loving, and blended congregation that worships through both traditional hymns and modern songs. During each service, we spend time singing about Jesus, learning from God’s Word, and enjoying genuine connection with one another. We close every service by joining hands and singing “The Family of God,” a meaningful reminder that we belong to one another in Christ.
- What about my kids?
Kids of all ages are welcome. Our nursery is available to kids under 4 and then a children's ministry time for all other kids where they can learn about God in age specific ways.
- What do I wear?
Anything you're comfortable wearing out. Some people chose to dress up but most dress casual, and for evening services a few wear overalls!
- How do I get connected?
We'd love to meet you! Please introduce yourself to us or shoot us an email at bayoumetobaptist@gmail.com.
